Limits are now 5k per year.


Can me and wife set up separate IRA accounts?

She does not work.

I think we contribute 10K based on our adjusted gross income.

Any suggestions..


I do have a Simple IRA at work. Can i also do a Roth?

I just set up a Roth IRA this year and it is a great idea. Especially with the exhorbitant federal spending that has been going on recently, combined with Social Security issues, etc., taxes will have to be higher down the road than they are now.

Get that money taxed now instead of later!
