I really dont see a 1 losing as much as I would like it. Those bottom rung teams really are so bad in comparison it would take a miracle. Teams that are 13-14 are often teams that should be higher but no way to compare them. As much as we rip the RPI look at Vermont's rpi - maybe it was telling but look at their seed. And when you consider that more often than not any more the one seed is essentially playing a home game....
Even with the 2-15s the real shocker was Hampton ... the 2s were really overseeded and the opponents under (even that little Santa Clara-Az tilt). 16s you always know should be 16s
