Nah, he's close though. #1 worst GM is Brian Cashman, #2 Jack Zduriencik, #3 Jerry DiPoto and #4 Ruben Amaro!! A close #4 would be Dayton Moore!!
Just track their records on signing Free-agents and trading players!! Especially long term free-agent deals, not one has ever panned out, A-ROID was the worst signing by Texas then Yankees acquiring him!
