Shouldn't that honor go to Mack Brown. Fulmer does have the runner up spot going away, though.

Hmm ....last I checked Fullmer has some hardware. While valid criticism bottom line he has scoreboard on his side. Then we have Mack Brown aka Tobacco Road Charlatan, who will finish his 21st season as a Division I head coach without nary a conference championship.
