:142smilie. My wife made it 2 todays ago... funny not too many people know what that is... This morning was lox... lox n bagel sucks here in Los Angeles. Nothing like new york. Not one bagel shop in la has a buffet of cream cheeses like they do in the city either... I don't understand that.... ya Larry King has his bagel place here in la and he ships the water in from ny... Sorry larry.but the Texture of your bagels needs some work. And there's always flies in the fuking place.. pretty soon im going to open a bagel shop that's similar to ess A bagel in Midtown with a drive thru and a display of smoked fish similar to russ & daughters...
