I am surrounded by Eagles fans where I live and work. Watch them often even though I am a Steelers fan! With that said- here is my take on the wild card game in the city of brotherly love tonight.
It will be freezing cold and it will be "WILD" for sure with that fan base! Then again- until just recently, the birds really did not play that well at home, as I think the players feel lots of pressure to perform and tonight will be no different(even worse!) So the Eagles will have to start strong- or they will be pressing more so than the experienced Saints(coach and QB have been here before)
I know that the Saints suck on the road and in the cold. They have been awful and are fully aware of that. I think that they are gonna come out very fired up and will want to prove a point tonight. I know that the QB of the Eagles has some great stats thanks to playing great against a crappy division and that big Raiders blowout. I know Chip Kelly is a genius coach too- but he is a genius with no NFL playoff experience and I can not get over the fact that the Birds played awful -vs- the Vikings and Cowgirls this year.(two shitty teams)
So for those reasons, I plan on playing the Saints for a larger than normal play. Maybe I am just tired of hearing all the Eagles fans talk shit? :mj07: Either way- give me Drew Brees and 3 points and hopefully I will thank you in the morning?
