I found this place a few months ago, and it is the best sushi I have ever had hands down. Located South Maryland/Flamingo on the South Maryland side of the Target.
U can do all you can eat which I have discovered is the way most sushi places in Vegas are. $21 at lunch and $25 for supper. The AYCE includes the entire menu. The sushi is original, and all of the fish is of very high quality. The rolls almost melt in your mouth (no chewy seaweed paper here). The sauces are excellent, the tempura is delicious, and I haven't had anything that was not outstanding. I don't even want to eat sushi anywhere else bc I know it will be a disappointment.
The service is fast; I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a roll because there are always plenty of chefs. We go here at least once a week, and if visiting it's a short cab ride from the strip. It will knock your socks off.
