You can only open a thread if you start it.
You can view threads if NOT logged in, but if logged in you can't open any thread.
I'd include an attachment/image showing what I see, but you can only type in words, attachments and images do not work.
Here is what it says if you try to "insert image"...
The upload failed because the temporary directory was missing. The site administrator will need to resolve this before any files can be uploaded.
