HG he is giving you the "Down Under" or European lines and the American version.
i.e. 1.85/-118 are essentially the same.
European includes your wager plus winnings.
Therefore,100 will get you back 185 which includes your original 100.
-118 ,which you are familiar with,if you lay 100 will get you 85 net.
Because of time difference beast 2 post early in the morning your time.
