I know that's not a real uncommon event up north, but come on now.... first the call at HP where BELT beat the throw easily, UMP may have felt his foot wasn't making contact, but how you make that call is beyond me... :shrug:

then the 3B UMP just totally blew that call unless he was claiming runner was out of the baseline, tag missed by a foot!! :facepalm:
