I'm no Cubs fan, but it's ridiculous they waited til this man died to put him in HALL. His stats matched up with Brook Robinson (minus the WS appearances), who has been in for years. :shrug:

A total fukin joke that Santo had to die to get in the HOF. Not a Cubs fan either, but Santo was, with Brooks Robinson, the best 3rd baseman of his era and has better numbers than guys that were already in the HOF.

If I was a family member, I'd probably tell them to stick it. His career was deserving enough, but his contribution afterwards added to it. To me, it's an insult. :moon: :moon: :moon:
