It is hard to back Pavano in any situation. I have won 2 of the biggest bets of my life going against him. Oddly enough, he had some good starts near the end of last year, but I could never pull the trigger with him at the helm. i am not impressed with Atlanta this year either. I hope it is their turn to pass the rings to someone else. But I think that is the only play here if you are going to do it - pass is probably best call.
