Taking the family surfing this weekend but I'm hoping to catch the LSU Oregon game at a restaurant. Good luck to everyone on this great first weekend of football.

Love to surf but suck. It was a major factor in giving up the cancer sticks. Easily 8 ft swells in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica, I get through the breaks and about near died from over exertion. Never smoking again.

Have fun, I always thought that would be a great activity with the family.

I like the Ok play but haven't placed and really like the 1 half play.

Woodson, my wife and I are headed down to Costa Rica in the spring for some R&R and surfing. I've heard it's great down there so I can't wait.


My son is 7 and from the time we get out to the time we go in he doesn't let go of the board. A 9ft board with a kid that small is pretty funny to watch, he really gets beat up.

Might be the only time I'm positive for the year so I'm going to act like I'm the goat for now. :toast:



Woodson, the surfing was awesome. I didn't get to ride too much because my kids had so much fun with it. I'm guessing my son caught 50+ waves in 2 days. He was riding them forever. Must be nice to weigh nothing on a 7.5 foot board.
