Butler +7.5 over VCU ***
I know the whole world is on Butler but think this game is close. VCU is tough but with Smith back inside that helps Butler big time...Clark needs to hit a few from down town...
Memphis -7 over UCF **
Coming off a loss the Tiger can still score. UCF defense is the problem..have given up close to 80 pts in the last 4 or 5 games...you can't do that vs Memphis.
Iowa St +4.5 over OU **
After seeing both teams court side recently I have to lean to ISU..both teams devasted after last games.I'm sure Cyclone's shots don't fall as much away from home and they have no post defense vs Osby but think they can keep this close.
Kansas -15 over W. Vir **
WV can't shoot or play defense..KU is still over rated and we all know they lost vs ISU...but at home should win by 20.
Houston -3.5 over Marshall ***
Coogs offense should put away the herd..problem is Coogs can't play any D..but enough to get by this..
Texas St +2.5 over Idaho **
Bobcats have won 2 in a row at home.Idaho just got blown out by UTSA...Bobcats can't play any defense but Wright can score...head case though...sat in row 2 thur nite vs Seattle...Seattle led thru out and lost lead with 2 minutes left...
Towson -10.5 over Hofstra *****
Think Benimon,Dames and Dixon are way to big for Hof's front line to stop...half of this team is BE transfers and after going 1-31 last yr todays win sets a record of most wins.Towson is 12th in the nation in rebounding...Hof ranks in the 300's in FG%,3 pt,scoring and 330 in FT%...they have lost on the rd to Drex,GaSt,W&M, andGM, 9,18,13,9...plus Hofs Nwaukoni is out...he didn't rob anybody..injury..

After watching Texas play in the 1st half vs OU cannot see them hanging around with the cowboys...they have a few gds so forget the press...
Kansas St +3 over Baylor **
BU can't play defense..loaded with talent inside and Jackson outside..but KSU isn't going to let the B-12 title slip away even though KU leads...
Providence -8 over Johnnies **
Most dangerous team in BE ..Batts,Cotton,Council,Henton...wow..look out..
Louisville +1.5 over Cuse **
best play Towson to win by 15-20...
Might go to Texas St game in a few hours...wife was going to the Austin Home and Garden show..I have to "bond" with her..but this morning she said she didn't want to go....so I might wait till she takes a nap and head down to San Marcos and watch Tex St-Idaho....Gl today
