DP beat Prov 1st time they played...Bentil didn't play the whole game.. Friars have hit a wall...need to get back on track..think they step it up today..plus DePaul heads are a little swollen after whipping the Johnnies..

Pride can win the CAA...Green and co should be focused and not let up...
UL Monroe -3.5 over Troy ******
Love the Warhawks with this line..I have to be missing something...UL is in 2nd place in the Sun Conf and Troy is in 11th place...they beat Troy by 11 at their place. Ul has Deng who at 6'10 or what ever is almost impossible to stop..He can play inside or go out and hit NBA's 3's...his range is amazing..Robinson who only avgs 14 pts is still on a 20 pt tear...in last 9 or 10 games...he is a strong big built guard who can shoot,penetrate and rebound...maybe these guys wouldn't dominate in the SEC or ACC,etc but in the Sun Conf they do...I had UL -8-to 10 pts....unless someone is hurt or not playing...Warhawks win this by double d's..
North Texas +1.5 over So Miss **
NT on the road is an automatic loss...but they have a better offense and just maybe they pull out a win..coach will be fired for sure esp if they lose to the worst team in the conf. NT beat them by 16 in Denton..
Baylor -8.5 over TCU **
Think bears are much quicker, and more athletic...close game until about 10 minutes left..
St Marys -8 over san Fran ****
Mary is playing tough...so much better on offense and defense...Dons in trouble...
Fairfield +3 over Peter ****
Think wrong team is favored..Stags are on a roll..think they have won 5 or 6 in a row...they are the sleeper team in the MAAC tourney..they are dangerous... they just beat Siena by 7..Nelson and Gilbert can score...now out of nowhere Miln has been scoring. Segura is a decent pt gd...Peter lost a few in a row recently but then beat Manhattan by 21..Peter needs a win for 4th place...so does Fairfield...think Stags have more talent and could easily get a rd win...

last nite marist honored their seniors.. Troug started and hit a baby hook shot to open the game...then was benched most of the game...during the ceremony his mother is introduced and he walks out there with her...they give her a big picture frame and plaque...the crowd cheers....then the game is about to start and I have my jacket on the empty seat next to me....his mother comes over and sits right next to me...she shows me his pictures in the frame and she is so proud... I tell her " he will be missed her at Marist". she responds with " I know".....what I do know is if I get to the gates up in heaven St peter will be there sitting outside waiting for my ass..." lying to a mother and taking fairfield over me"....elevator goes down...
