Going to ride the Kings one more time. LA (Overall SD of +0.32gpg) is not only hot, 7-1 ATS last 8 games with a SD of +1.25gpg, but have won the last 4 meetings ATS with an impressive SD of +3.25gpg. LA is 4-1-1 ATS in day games and 15-12-2 on 1 DR with a SD of +0.25gpg. NYI (Overall SD of +0.06gpg) has been a .500 team over the last 10 games and when they lose they look even worse than that. Seems like the only teams NY can beat in the Pac. Div. are DAL and ANA. The defense for NY has been the problem, allowing an average 3.40gpg last 5, which makes some sense with the injuries they?ve had, but bigger than that, Osgood seems to have returned to the form that got him traded. Osgood is 1-4 his last 5 starts with a GAA of 3.20gpg. NYI are 1-1-1 in day games and on 1 DR, 9-9-2 ATS with a SD of ?0.35gpg. Kings are going to have the overall defensive edge as well as special teams, and the way they have dominated this series of late make the Kings the play.

Normally wouldn?t look to a big fav, but this looks to be the spot. OTT has lost 2 straight and will be looking to get the whole 2pts. tonight vs. MIN. OTT (Overall SD +0.59gpg) almost always beats this level of competition (7-3-2 as fav ?200 to ?300) especially at home. OTT at home off a loss is 5-2 ATS, 11-11-2 on 1 DR with a SD of +0.42gpg. MIN (Overall SD ?0.42gpg) is in a bad spot here. MIN is 2-4-1 on no DR with a SD of ?0.57 and 0-3 ATS following a win away. MIN as a RD has a SD of ?0.57gpg, think that is magnified as they are back-to-back RD with no rest. OTT will also have the better special teams (OTT PK 88.2%/MIN PK 81.0% last 5 gms.) and we know they have the better offense by far. Look for OTT to really come to play here.

Man, I really missed that Snow would start for NYI. My whole 'cap was based on Osgood, but the Kings did little to help their own cause Oh well, let's hit'em again tomorrow!
