Playing the Cuse +3 here------------Why?---I feel they have the best player on the court and in big games when games go back and forth---feel Carmelo Anthony will not be denied. I watched him play all year and any time his team needs a hoop he either gets to the line or scores. Yes T>J Ford is a great player but i feel that Syracuse zone will give Texas problems. Uconn was down 14 than went to the zone against Texas and really got back in the game. Love Warrick---believe he is the 3rd best player on the court. He is athletic and can rebound,score, and play d. He will be the difference(hope he stays out of foul trouble)---This Cuse team has Edelin--Mac---Pace--Duany--all guys that can score. This year many big east teams started out struggling but really developed during the big east tournament. St.Johns--G.town both made it to Nit--Believe Uconn could of beat Texas with a break or 2. Just not sold on Syracuse being inexperienced---and young. They have been young and inexperienced all year, and in big games they play big. Why? Because of the SUper Freshman--Anthony. Yes Texas is big down low but Mcneil will suprize texas big men. He knows his role, rebound and alter shots. He is physically strong---Pts in the Paint will not be easy for Texas---Warrick---Anthony---Mcneil will block shots and Texas big men will not have their way in the paint. Texas must shoot well from 3 and push up the floor in transition---I do not believe they can attack the zone effectively to win the game. i like the Cuse to win the game--so with the 3 pts---I love them today. Basketball is all about match-ups---How will texas match-up against Cuse zone??? I do not see Texas dominating in the paint---SO where does the pts come from--2nd chance pts----No---i believe Cuse can hold their own on the boards. Outside shot??? Not from TJ Ford---against the zone he will not get that top of the key shot he can make...the wings and corners is where the shots come from----He can not make that shot consisently. Many reasons for me to play the Cuse----Love them: Good Luck
