Georgetown -6.5
Payback, payback, payback. Georgetown does not want to lose twice this season to Pitt. They are back home for this 2nd clash with the Panthers and this time Pitt is not at full strength. Seven-foot center Aaron Gray is expected to miss his second game with a sprained left ankle, denying fans another chance to see him tussle in the paint with the 7-foot-2 Hibbert. Hibbert should have a field day in the paint and will be a huge part of the game. Pitt will surely miss Gray's 14 points per game and 10 rebounds per game, Gray is the only player in the Big East averaging double figure rebounds per game. I would say this line may go up to 7 or more.
Providence -2.5
Providence is very tough at The Dunk and have only lost 2 home games this year. One was the 2nd game of the season, and the other was to Villanova by 9 points. This will be a very good game and gives Providence the opportunity to jump ahead of Syracuse in the Big East standings. Weyinmi Efejuku has been playing very well and has been a big part of the Friars recent success. I think they can win this game and cover the number at home, but Syracuse is always dangerous and you never know when they will pull out the upset.
Virginia Commonwealth -9.5
VCU has been cruising through the CAA and back on Feb 3rd. they dropped 100 points on Georgia State and won by 29. Now VCU was home that game, but I still think VCU can cover this number away. This is their last regular season game and I am sure they do not want to slack off. They need to win to secure the CAA regular season championship. VCU has a 3 headed monster with their 3 guards Maynor, Walker, and Pellot-Rosa. I think VCU is a very explosive team but Georgia State is playing their home finale and will be playing hard. I hope VCU gets up big and dosent look back.
Davidson -16
Going to try and ride this team, last game of the season and Davidson is hot. Curry the amazing true freshman has been on fire and I think Davidson can win this game by 20. They had no problem with The Citadel at home, and hopefully playing @ Citadel, they will have no problem as well. Always a possibility for a back door here though as this is the last game of the season for these two. 1st place vrs last place in the division, so hopefully Davidson can cover this rather large number. They definitely can cover this spread, but the question is will they let up?
