started off the season a little slow- but 4-0 on friday really helped, especially the nice dog hit on toronto. played these for saturday for those that are interested:

1 unit.......san francisco/milwaukee under 9 (-120)
brewers throwing sheets at frisco on saturday- and i expect him to really give milwaukee 6 or 7 solid innings. fridays game saw a lot of long balls. neither team really put together sustained rallies in terms of base hits- they just relied on the proverbial the home run. as long as sheets and ainsworth can keep the ball in the park- i dont think this one will be much more than a 4-3 game. brewers offense outside of sexson is brutal- but somehow theyve been scoring some runs to start the season. just dont think its gonna happen on saturday

1 unit.....cleveland (+105) over kansas city
major overlay here imo. obviously, royals are a hot team. but i dont think that justifies hernandez laying chalk against the indians ace. i dont have exact numbers- but having watched a good deal of sabathia's outings over his career, hes very solid against kansas city- the royals never seem to be able to hit him well at all. clearly, linesmaker has no choice but to make kansas city a short chalk given their hot start, but in a vacuum- sabathia is probably a -110 to -115 favorite in this spot.
(edit: im not a big database guy, but just browsing some past history in regard to sabathia vs. the royals- the stats appear to support my belief that hes had good success vs the royals. indians, assuming my #'s are correct, are 8-2 in games he has started vs kansas city in his career)

I like your cleveland play. Sabathia has done well vs KC and especially vs Sweeney and Beltran. Also love the fact he has only given up 1 HR in KC's 125 AB's against him.
