Please tell me what I'm missing as I'm guessing on these games.

Cubs -120 - Looks awesome on paper. Zambrano vs. Lowe... WOW! I would have the line much higher. Dodgers are still struggling and Cubs should be ready to play after a loss.

Zona -135 - Haren is the real deal and Gorz is terrible. A little worried on this game, but Pitt has much worse SP. Line appears to be falliing. Line drops to -120 and I'm backing D-Backs.

Cards -105 - Wainwright far superior SP to Chacon. Cards coming off bad loss and should be ready. Need Pujols and Ankiel to start.

Nationals -115 - Giants had big win, but Hill a little better than Sanchez. Will pass this game.

Phillies +105 - Phillies are hot and Kendrick is a LOT better than Reyes IMO.

Cincy +120 - Too much vig for slumping Fish. Arroyo has endured a bad year, but Cincy has Bruce, Griffey, and Dunn. I'll take my chances.

Brewers/Rockies - Pass. NO OPINION

Padres +105 - SD has won 3 in a row and they appear to be streaking. Perez is a hack vs. Righties and Padres could stack lineup with RH's.

Orioles +145 - Line appears a bit high and Toronto is coming back to earth quickly. BJ's are feeling the injury effects now.

Royals +175 - Okay, call me crazy, but Banister has AWESOME day numbers. Guillen, Olivo, and Grudz should hit Pettite. Teahen and DeJesus are stroking as well, but left handed. Royals have value at this price IMO. Just watched Pettite and he's nothing spectacular right now.

Mariners +170 - Wakefield at this price? I'll take my chances especially with Ortiz out.

Tigers -105 - Detroit coming off tough loss and Laffey is just average IMO. Rogers should win in this spot vs. inexperienced kid.

Minnesota +155 - Maybe giving the Twins too much credit and I realize Buehrle is a lefy and could be tough on the Twinkies. However, Lean strong towards Minny, but should pass. Livan has been getting hit hard lately.

Texas -105 - Devil Rays had a nice win, but still struggle on the road and Sonnastine has been getting destroyed.

A's -110 - Seems reasonable coming off a tough loss. A's win 5-3.

Please let me know where I'm screwing up. Haven't played anything. A lot of my plays are based on my own value. I like to lean towards doggies initially. However, can find value in the chalk as well.

Just reviewed again and like the following a LOT:

Twinkies +155 - Buehrle laying this number... come on, I'll take my chances with a bad SP like Livan.

Cubs -120 - Great value at this price. Zambrano is crushing the ball and hitting like a DH himself.

Cards -105 - If Pujols and Ankiel start, like this play. Wainwright is still STL's ace and close to even money... I'll take my chances.

KC +175 - Won't be popular, but Royals have value. Banister a wierd pitcher who has MUCH better day numbers and Royals should hit Pettite IMO.

Mariners +170 - WOW! Wakefield at this price tag... Shocked!

A's -105 - Seems easy, but A's win.

Keep in mind, still many things to review and want to see lineups before finalizing anything.

D,

Rogers sports a eye-popping 1.72 WHIP on the season (allowing almost 2 baserunners per inning)! The Indians have underachieved thus far, but their lineup is potent. I can't see Rogers having success today. Best of luck to you today and always!

Thanks Wise & Wiser... glad to see you're still posting.

Royals +190 for 5* - Too much value and maybe KC will be excited after rare victory in the Bronx. Matsui sitting as well. Royals are losers, but even the losers get lucky sometimes!

Cubs -115 for 5* - Love this play coming off a loss. I see Lowe's numbers are impressive lately which explains the low number.

Mariners +160 for 4* - Ellsbury, Lowell, and Varitek resting for Red Sox. Ortiz out as well and Wakefield as big chalk... I'll sign up.

Baltimore +140 for 4* - Guthrie has better numbers and Blue Jays are coming back to earth and struggling now.

Back with night plays later.

Going with the following night games:

Cardinals -115 for 4* - Probably shouldn't have waited as line has risen, but Wainwright is the Cards ace and one win by Houston doesn't put a buy signal on them. Chacon is still an average pitcher and probably #4 or #5 guy in most rotations.

Giants +115 for 4* - Hill hasn't won a game this year and Sanchez has really improved as the season has progressed. Nationals have also been playing terrible ball.

Phillies +120 for 4* - I guess knowone feels the Braves can lose this game as the line has inflated. I know Atlanta is tough at home, but their home record will slowly come back to reality IMO. Jo Jo Reyes is nothing special. Phillies are also playing great baseball right now.

Twins +150 for 4* - Let's see, 2-6 Buehrle is suddenly large chalk? I know Livan has been getting rocked, but this game should be close and I like my chances getting $1.50 per dollar wagered.

D-Backs -140 for 4* - Really worried about this play, but Gorzelanny has really SUCKED. His 7.22 ERA is laughable and the D-Backs should win another game tonight. Haren hasn't been as spectacular lately, but hopefully the D-Backs give him run support.

Strong Leans on Anaheim +125 & Milwaukee +100 (Can't trust Milwoblee's terrible bullpen). Can't play every game, but did play 9 games which is a ton.

DD,

I like the Rangers. They're 8-1-2 in their last 11 series. I've been quietly riding them for a few weeks now.

Think they can mash their way to a win tonight and at least set up a rubber match with the Rays tomorrow afternoon.

Also, I like the Braves. Sometimes its as simple as playing on a team at home and playing against them on the road. You can make a killing doing this with Atlanta. I dont see any reason to stop.

Be pulling for ya with whatever you play. Good luck! :weed:

Brutal loss on the Royals... just brutal! I wouldn't let Hillman or Girardi manage a grade school baseball team, both made numerous bonehead decisions today.

1-1 +.6* - Hopefully better luck on the late games.

Destructor....here is my lean

Destructor....here is my lean

AZ- Haren is throwing the ball very well as of late. He is keeping the ball down and has much better control of his pitches than he did at the beginning of the season. I have AZ, lets just hope the AZ hitting comes along w/a solid pitching performance today. GL my friend

Cubs loss was brutal. The Dodgers really made them pay for suspect fielding. I guess the Red Sox could start their Portland, Maine AA team and beat the Mariners LOL.

1-3 -9.15* - Unreal how bad that Royals loss hurts now. Soria has 1st blown save and loss of the season. Yankees lineup is going to be tough now they're healthy and Damon is really hitting the ball.

Hopefully a 4-1 night and winning day.

Got my 4-1 night plus added the Angels, but didn't post. Another winning day. Sorry I was already out for the evening, but who's keeping track anyway?

Cubs and Royals losses were brutal. However, still won 9.25* overall including late call on Angels.

Taking Mets -130 for 4* so far. Pedro vs. Ledezma is a huge mismatch IMO.
