Bears outside shooting vs Cuse ain;t going to cut it today...before the Cuse win they had lost 4 in a row..Mason is tough but cannot see their "hot shooting continue: Zaga loaded everywhere..Hachi,Norvell,Clark Perkins Tillie back...there FG % in over 50%.. bears don't have that kind of defense to stop or slow them down..Bears defense has to stretch out to stop the good shooters and that opens up lanes and gives the Zags bigs to post up...abd attack the off bds...
FIU +8 over Tex St ****
FIU defense sucks..but there offense is like UL Monroes and even better..they avg 82 pts a game but give up 79..they are not a good shooting 3 pt team or rebounding..and one of the worst FT % team in the country shooting 63%..Shaq shoots better..they have a super pt 5'10 pt gd in Beard was avg 17 pts and has 193 assists,a solid 6'6 fd and another 2 gds that are big at 6'5,,inside they have a power fd in 6;7 Osaghhae has 83 blocked shots and in last 4 games has,10,3,19, and 10 pts with 12,12,12, and 11 rebounds..
Bobcats have now lost 3 of 4 but are 11-3 at home.. having been to about 9 or 10 of those home games there not blowing anyone out..they win on defense giving up only 64 pts a game ranking them 27th...there best player Pearson is in a big time slump shooting 2-18..Nottingham is his partner but opposing teams just got smarter and put a lot of pressure on those 2..they win at home but all are close winsCoastak,Appa st,Laf all by 3 or 4 pts,,they lost to UTA,UL Mon..the last time Tex St won by more then todays line was back in January when they beat both Arkansas teams...
Think FIU offense will challenge the good Tex defense and possibly could win if they just play a lick of defense..the +8 points has me baffled .think Tex if they win its under the *..again you really don't know who is up for this game..
