Early game.. I have been known to starting writing write ups just before the game and then when I post them the game already started...so this am no write up....
yesterday was some day for me..so fade everything today....
went 4-0 in Sun conf yesterday..."seeing eye test"... think I'm 6-1 in last 7 conf games...throw out all the stats and trends...seeing eye is the best...but some how it doesn't work in the Big-12..does in the MAAC though.

Gotta run,back later with the semi-finals in the Sun

Don't do Ivy much but I have the number a little off then the 5.5 Harvard offense is suspect but they play pretty good defense...Big Red is happy to be alive still...

Penn -4.5 over Yale **
Its a home game for the quackers ...

Houston +3 over Wichita **
Coogs are tough...think they could upset Shockers

URI -8 over St Joes **
What is up with URI...not the same team i the past 5 or 6 games...Joes beat them by 30 awhile back...watched VCU score on them yesterday for some easy bucket..URI did win by 9 but Papa Hurley had to get his son in the post lockeroom and say " what kind of defense was that"...think URI comes out smoking and gets a little revenge.

Davidson -2 over Bonnies *
over 144.5 ***
Last game Bonnies won 117-113 in OT...at home...should be a great game...Bonnies can't stop Alridge and Cats can't stop Adams and Mosbly

KU -1.5 over WV ****
Think KU handles the WV defense..like KU a lot...

Marshall +6 over WKU **
Elmore and Elmore..not sure if anyone saw him in yesterdays game...think he hit about 10 swishes..hit the freak'in rim once in awhile...but love him on my team..

Buffalo -6.5 over Toledo **
A lot of people are talking abou Toledo defense...forget it..Bulls have 5 scorers..stop 2 of them and you still lose by double digits,,but Bulls defense is sooooo bad..

Sun Conf
La Laf -6 over UTA **
Tough game..in half an hour will come back here and say UTA +6..throwing out every stat...UTA has the 2 best players on the court.. Hervey the lazy ass is so talented..if he ever plays at 100% there is no one who can stop him.. neal as I have said many,many times is one of thr best pt gds in the country..last nite he had 37 pts and was 6-8 from the 3 vs Appa..and Appa plays good defense..they play so fast don't think the shot clock has ever run out...they have a big kid inside and Wilson is back but likes to keep the ball..very selfish...Laf is the most solid team...Barley is 6'4 and built like a linebacker..Stove.Marquetti,Stroman are athletic with some mucle..But Gant played only 3 minutes and might not play today..Laf beat UTA both times 100-79 and 77-65.. Gant did have 12 and 9 pts in those games...but the secret weapon today is coming off the bench 6'8 Miller..he looks like the Pillsbury doughboy weighing about 270..but has a nice soft lefty jumper that is deadly from 8-10 ft..
If Gant is playing like Laf..if not still like them..not a big play though

Ga St -4.5 over Ga South **
Wow..tough game...going against Tookie who had 23 pts last nite and 8 rebounds..he's 5'5...think G St can slow down Tookie because he drives and you can get help on defense.. Simmonds for Ga St is tough to stop...help or no help...would love to see tomorrow UTA vs Ga St in the finals...have loved UTA since last yr..lost a lot of *******'s on them..fell in love with him last week...and 2 yrs ago watched Neal vs Texas and fell in love with him.. I guess I always love pt gds....

SFA -4 over SE L ??? is there a line...because what ever the line is I love the Lumberjacks...have hit 2 home runs with them the past 2 nites...

We had 2 aircraft carriers in this game...Ayton is still afloat..Boat sank[ Boatwright} I lean with the ship still floating..

SFA -6 over SEL ****
Although back in Dec Sel beat the Lumberjacks think tonite its all Lumberjacks...they avg 82 pts a game that ranks them 29th...they almost shoot 50FG%...can stick the 3,and have a good defense that holds teams to under 70.. SEL off ranks 194th,poor rebounding team and one of the worst FT% teams in the country ranking 330th..defense is about the same as SFA...SEL has Veal who is 5'9 and has 129 assists...and can score ..ad big game last nite..have 2 decents fds that can score...they have won 9 in a row...SFA has handled both teams the past 2 days...Bogues and Harris can score. Holyfield the 6'8 fd has been outstanding on the bds..they rebound better and although they don't have a Veal who dishes out a lot of assists they have 6 players that have,47,39,44,94,44 and 54 assists...they share the ball...think Southland title comes back to the Lumberjacks tonite and they get a double digit win...
