Working early tomorrow so got these in tonight:

1)Navy(+28)
Navy averaging 23 pts/gm and the Irish averaging just 22...........very interesting numbers when offered a 4 TD dog. Irish have dominated this series, but twice in the last 5 years, have won by just 4 pts. With their bubble burst, this might be a much tougher game for Notre Dame than most people think.

2)Kentucky(+5)
Kentucky is a solid 6-3 squad and QB Lorenzen has a sparkling 20-3 TD-Int ratio. Wow!
LSU has never been a good team to play as a road favourite.....in fact they are just 1-2 on the road this year, scoring 8 and 7 points in the 2 losses.........and may be looking past this one to their huge home date with Alabama next week.

3)Akron(+4.5)
I like Akron QB Frye a lot more than either Jackson or Day for Ohio. In fact, I simply feel that Akron is the better team here and should win outright.

4)South Carolina(+5)
I feel that Holtz's S.C. squad is better than their 5-4 record would indicate, and don't think that they'll lose two in a row at home. Arkansas has been inconsistent all year...........they needed a blocked punt TD and an INT TD to beat Troy State 23-0 last week........and should not be a 5 point road favourite in this spot.

Will be back in the early/mid afternoon on Saturday with more,
Good luck,
Tiger

6)Virginia(+16.5)
I am of the opinion that these two teams are actually very similar in talent and that 16.5 points is more than just a little generous. Even Joe Paterno says that his team's passing game is out of sync...........QB Mills has a respectable 12-6 TD/INT ratio for the Nittany Lions, but Cavs QB Schaub is 20-6. This game falls into my "Just too many points" category.

7)Georgia Tech(+7.5)
GTech is playing their best ball of the year, averaging 423 yds/gm over the last 3, and has always been a solid play as a home dog. FSU is banged up, and many a team has gone into this stadium late in the year as a favourite and came away wondering what went wrong.

8)Arkansas State(+4)
Ark.State Indians are the better team here with a solid running game (3rd in conference), a good QB (Jacobs 7-5 TD/INT ratio) and at 5-6 have a good chance for a winning season. ULLaf is 2-7 on the year, in trouble at QB where backup Rekieta will likely see lots of action, have the worst running game in the conference, and might be flat after a last minute win last week in their homecoming game.

9)Arizona State(-5)
A rare favourite for me. Arizona State much better on both sides of the ball right now than Cal. Only having to lay 5 pts is a bargain.
