Hope everyone is beating the book..

TCU -24 7u

Made this my top play with a hefty wager. The Toad's are starting the year fairly slow, giving up a heartbreak to the Hogs in OT. Word is Frogs have been busting ass this week with a new sense of priority as the team fell out of the polls.i respect Gary Patterson to motivate and make it known that they need a win and it needs to be convincing.

In a short history, TCU is 6-1 SU and 5-2 ATS in the last 7. They have literally demolished the Cyclones in last 2 contests by scoring 100-24. As a double digit home fav TCU is 25-14 ATS in last 39 games.

Cyclones come in dropping their first 2 games. State is a miserable 8-42 SU and 19-29-2 ATS when coming in as visitors after a loss. Adding insult is the offensive production averaging 11.5 ppg. Not a great spot for Cyclones, Frogs should roll.

My 2nd play is.......

Nittany Lions -8. 5u

Nothing like a revenge game to get your blood boiling. Yes, the Owls won lys match, but those were 2 different teams. On offense Penn St is averaging 36 points per game
I look for bruising RB S Barkley to have a monster day
He had 5 TDs against a good Pitt D Capable QB T. McSorley is completing 60.6% of his passes for 541 yards and 3 TDs

Temple lost to Army as a 14 point fav. This team is reeling and their star RB and best Receiver are more than likely sitting for this contest. The Oline is young and inexperienced
It's a good thing because Penn St D is beat up themselves. Still, I like the Lions to roll with a little payback on the table.

Good luck Madjackers

TCU giving up 41 PPG defensively is very concerning and number is now -25.5 (they also haven't faced awesome offenses in South Dakota State & Arkansas)... should have jumped on TCU earlier in the week at -22.5. Iowa State appears to be awful with a loss to Northern Iowa 25-20 and then Iowa beat them 42-3 last week.

Good Luck! Might pass that game, but like your Penn State angle quite a bit. Temple appears down and Penn State should get revenge!

Thanks for the input. You might be right about TCU D.... I just can't find anything constructive on Cyclone O. They are inept. I considered the over, but again I can't trust Iowa St to help out. Good luck to you....
