USA (0) over Slovakia
I expect a more energetic effort from the USA hockey team. Marian Hossa scored twice to lead Slovakia to a 6-3 win over Latvia on Thursday. This is a VERY tough play because Slovakia's forwards have stunning speed, especially Hossa and Demitra, and display great teamwork. Still after the TIE USA is backs to the wall and they will come out with a chip on the shoulder. The USA need to up the entity on physical play and bully the slovokia team out of their speed approach.
Sweden (-2.5) over Latvia
Sweden is a VERY good open ice team and they should have no problem moving the puck in this game.
