Maryland -13 over St Peter ******
Terps have to much talent to go up against Peter..Peter is 4-4 can't score but does play solid defense...Peter lost to Fordham and Iona who have quick gds by 15 and 18...Inside Peter has 6'8 Wilton who is tough and the team leader avg 16 pts and 7 bds...Griffin and Wyche are decent gds who avg 10 pts each...but Peter has no front line or inside players....they also can't shoot....FG% is around 40th ranking them in the 250's. rebounding is in the 260's....Peter wins by hustle and their defense...well Terps have Melo one of the best gds in the country...and Cowan his partner..both can score and more importantly pass...Brantley the 5'11 gd came off the bench the other nite and hit 4 tre's....Dodd the big man inside at 6'11 is out but his replacement 7'1 Cek is almost as good...Huertee is the 6'7 NY kid frosh from the Albany area who can shoot,pass,block shots...Terps have a lot of depth everywhere..but think Melo and Cowan up top will be so tough to handle and Peter has no inside post defense vs the 7'1 Cek and company....Terps wins this by +20... Peter doesn't have an offense to come from behind... Turg also plays about 8 or 9 guys that get about 10 minutes each...

Fordham pk over Manhattan ***
Both teams are bad....Chartouny didn't have any points the other nite vs the Johnnies...Rams are the better team...they are only a few miles distance from each others campus...10 minutes if you get all green lights..20 minutes with a few red ones....this is a big rival game..its Christians Brothers vs Jesuits...Pope Francis is a Jesuit.... Jaspers can't beat the rams and a Pope....
Central Mich +10 over Illi *
Illi has good gds and much better front line....but those 5'9 gds Keene and Rayson keep them in this game...small play because I would "box" Keene and hold him to under 20..then the Chips would be in trouble,but todays coaches aren't to smart...

Texas -11 over Long Beach St **
Might go to the game..not sure..was just at Erwin Center to see Andrea Bocceli thur nite....
He was terrible...1st 6 songs were all Italian modern opera songs...nobody ever heard of them...and if you followed opera you still didn't know the songs....2nd half was better but still very disappointing....at the intermission checked the hoop scores....Iowa up 10 over Iowa St....damn....had Iowa St -5...an the opening song after the intermission was Ave Marie...I posted a few days ago that I would hopefully check the score after he sang Ave Marie...was right on the song but not on the game....
