I didn't think Penn State played all that well last week and I think this squad may be more like those in 2000-01 when JoePa fielded very mediocre teams by PSU standards.

Purdue was a solid team last year that was prone to entirely too many mistakes. They had turnovers returned for TDs, they fumbled inside thier own 10, they missed FGs and they did it all consistently. The team lost so many games so close the became the pariah of the betting world. I see a 14-17 point win.

I actually like the Cats... not that they're a great team... but 20 points against an Iowa State team that looked pretty suspect last week isn't a bad line I don't think.... Northern Iowa picked up yards on the ground agaisnt the Clones and with an option attack Ohio should do even better.
