I think your on the right side of the Purdue game. Big rivalry usually close outcomes. Purdue really struggles at the foul line. I'm hoping the Boilers win big but I just don't see it today.
You'll love it-been out of the school admin business for 7 yrs -love retirement. Still do some consulting work for the old school district at $120 an hour--maybe 20-25 hours a year. Enjoy your last day and your trip to LV--there next weekend. It will take a year to get rid of the stress-you totally don't understand how much daily stress you are under until you get completely away from it. I don't miss the parents, the paperwork, the politics or the daily bs games. Do miss what contact I had with the kids-they were funny.
It's amazing that the crap you got tired of is the same stuff that wore me out. I'm going to take about a month off and then start working for one of my buddies in the private sector, focusing on employee benefit consulting. Looking forward to working outside of the microscope of the public sector and not having to justify my salary to the taxpayers.
