iowa (-6) 2 units. hawkeyes have covered 6 straight against Wisconsin, and at least 5 straight at carver-hawkeye. granted, they were a home dog in all 5 of those, but they did win 3 of those SU.

unc (-14) 2 units. yeah, I'm gonna keep riding the tarheels 'til they lose. they've won and covered 8 straight. wake is reeling, have dropped 6 straight both SU & ATS.

Louisville (-3.5) 2 units. this line is practically begging for bearcat money.

st johns (+9) 3 units. maybe this one is too easy. the johnnies have won 6 straight and 9 of 10.

texas tech (+10) 2 units. maybe this one is also too easy. tubby actually has the red raiders playing solid ball. I'm hoping they can bounce back from that tough loss against kansas. I know smart is back for the pokes, but they were losing before he got suspended. odd coincidence that he returns against tech.

Virginia tech (+2) 3 units. call me crazy, but the hokies will win this game.

la salle (ML) 3 units. talk about a line that's begging for one team. tells me the explorers have a great shot in this one.

duke (-5.5) 5 units. I've been waiting for this one since the first matchup. sure, I hate that this is duke's 4th game in 8 days. but it's not like syracuse is gonna press you all over the court and wear you down. let's face it; if not for a couple flops from rakeem christmas that got rewarded by the refs, duke probably would have won the first game. now that duke has seen that zone, they will be a LOT better prepared for it. and duke has been known to get a call or two in their favor at home. after Jefferson fouled out of the first matchup, parker was GREAT in the middle of that zone. he kept driving for layups. I have to believe coach k will put parker at the FT line a lot more tonight. I think they will really exploit the 2-3. and it's unlikely that duke will miss a ton of open shots like they did at unc.

cuse/duke under (134) 2 units. let me get this straight... the total in the 1st matchup was 133.5, these teams combined for 156 in regulation, and the total today is almost the exact same? ok, maybe duke IS going to miss a lot of open jumpers again.

George Washington (+8) 2 units
(ML) 1 unit. pretty much the same write-up I had for gw at richmond - they're a solid team that can't handle full court pressure. and they shouldn't see much pressure tonight. I like their chances of keeping this one close and maybe getting a win. their bigs are going to have to be a LOT better than they were against richmond though. I don't remember the last time I saw so many missed opportunities at the rim.

just wanted to say... hell of a job closing the game out, Louisville. just gave up a nice 10-0 run, and it may not be over yet.
