ole miss/texas a&m over (68) 5 units. this line is begging for under money. these two offenses COMBINE for an average of 46 points/game in SEC play. however, the ole miss defense is terrible. and the rebels will probably catch a&m looking ahead to next week against uab. :142smilie i think there's going to be a lot of points in this game.

ohio st/mich st under (49) 3 units. this is definitely not a vintage ohio st defense, but sparty doesn't have enough offense to take advantage. and sparty is by far the best defense ohio st has seen this year.

illinois/nebraska over (71.5) 4 units. nebraska has really got the offense rolling, averaging 40/game the last 4 games. their defense, however, is still struggling. they've given up at least 28 points to every big ten opponent. and illinois has been scoring some points. total points their last 3 games... 69, 96, and 86. i'm a little worried about the wind, but hopefully it's not much of a factor.

south carolina (ML) 2 units to win 4.6. taking a shot here. since beating lsu, florida struggled to beat vandy and got blown out by georgia and missouri.

be back with the rest...

tennessee (ML) 2 units to win 3.6.
uk/tenn under (42) 2 units. both teams are offensively challenged. should be a close, low-scoring game, so i'll take a shot with the dog getting the win.

cincinnati (-14) 3 units. wow, get a load of this line. i'd guess before the season started, usf might have been laying 14 at cincinnati. but the bulls really are not very good this year. georgia tech is their biggest win, and since that game they have beaten illinois, ecu, umass, tulsa, and uconn. all but one of those was by 8 points or less. so they were living on borrowed time until they ran into houston. and no idea what happened against tulane last week. i think the bearcats are eager to continue usf's losing streak.

cal (ML) 3 units to win 5.4. cal has been a lot better with garbers under center. they are 4-1 when he takes the majority of the snaps, with the only loss being the last-minute loss to washington st last week. usc, as usual, has been flaky. their last 3 games, they lost to utah and arizona st, and had to hang on to beat oregon st. and they may be looking ahead to ucla next week. i think cal is a very live dog here.

man, between that and barely missing the late td to push the ole miss game over the total.... i was damn close to a huge day.

just need to hit one of the late games for a profit.

and then i lose the cincinnati game when the ball carrier gets tackled at the 1-yard line in the closing minute.

you know what they say... if it wasn't for bad luck, i'd have no luck at all. it's nuts that i'm still up for the day.
