Nice Best Bet winner on Thursday night w/Tulane ML(+230) for my 3rd Best Bet winner in a row. Wish I would have wagered more than I did($200.00). Anyway, I have 2 Best Bets for today & several other strong plays.

*-Intra-State Rivalry game that should be close throughout with both teams playing it close too the vest. Both will try & establish a rushing attack, which should keep the clock moving, as neither possesses much of a passing attack. Iowa State won last year's "Thriller" 9-6 & in the last 12 meetings between these too, the UNDER is 9-3. A couple of trends that really stand out are:
The UNDER is 14-4 when Iowa has faced Big 12 opponents the last 12 years
The UNDER is 10-3 when Iowa State has faced Big 10 opponents the last 12 years
Also a 50% chance of rain in Ames today which should help my chances of this game staying UNDER the posted Total. :0074
**-The Beavers have NO defense, giving up an average of 432 yards per game so far, & NO rushing attack with just 156 yards gained in 2 games(78 yard average). That spells trouble for the team from Corvallis as the Utes are averaging 50 points & over 540 yards of offense through their first couple of games this year. Utah, which has been suspect on defense, only has too concern itself with stopping the Beavers from moving the ball through the air with little concern for a rushing game that is non-existent. The fact that Utah has recorded 9 sacks in only 2 games is encouraging on that front. The Utes usually play well @ home so Oregon State, who lost @ home too the "Mighty Eagles of Eastern Washington", has very little chance in this road affair tonight. Like the Utes to cover this small #. :yup
