Did anyone see him try the tip in at the end of the game. What the f### was he thinking.............I really believe it had a chance to go but even if it didnt what good would have 2 points done for the Jazz............if I was Jerry Sloan this guys would be in the doghouse of doghouses for such a stupid play.

Hand in hand with that was Snapper Jones's comment, "The two old veterans will run this play (stockton and malone) and Malone can roll to the hoop, score and get fouled." That was with 7 secs left and sideline inbounds ... What the heck, Snapper, like Kings will foul and allow a tie ... Ya wonder what some announcers take their audience for, I'm more than a bag of Cheetos, i got some dip goin hehe ...

I am still trying to think of why you would even jump and touch the ball.......there was only like a second left so if you were even trying to rebound and throw it back out these is not enough time.....after watching the replay I really think the ball had a good shot to drop in for the 3..........Puzzling

Utah would have been crazy to go for 2. Maybe when 20 sec or more left but with 7 sec no way.

There wasn't enough time left to kick it out for a 3 ptr. Padgett tried the tip in, wouldn't have mattered unless he got fouled making the basket. No matter how you look at it, some players just aren't aware of stuff like how many TO's are left, time left on the clock, etc. Gotta give credit to Utah for trying the shot to WIN the game on their previous possession.
