sec.gov/edgar reports, how much did my CEO/managers make??

Can anybody help me here who is knowledgable? I have been told that all companies have to publish what bonuses the administrators "earn" every year in reports filed with the sec called Edgar reports and that they had to be filed by March. Now, I'm not sure if that is correct, so don't quote me on it. I tried to look there myself and see what the old CEO made, but I didn't have any luck finding it. If somebody has knowledge, please look and see what bonuses/salaries are being handed out at Sun Healthcare Group based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Thanks!

damn freeedgar- not so free as it used to be- I think if you close all your windows and then open a new one it will let you view it again.

Anyway, click on the link above, and then on the left margin, click on the link that begins 'HTML1...' and then scroll that document down to page 53

thanks, bobbybluechip!! So do these numbers look out of line or are they pretty normal? 4 million in stock awards seems like a lot to me for a company that has cut back as much as it has, lol!!

Their restricted, and I'll try to find out what that means, as the form should state when they are exercisable. But the salaries for a Company that size isn't out of whack.

All their forms are readable on yahoo.finance as Freeedgar is now a pay service, but yahoo doesn't have all the exhibits and other non financial reports that are required to be filed.
