Gonna be John Kerry or Bill Richardson I think.

Problem for Hillary is she would have to go through Senate confirmation. She would almost certainly get confirmed, but Republicans would try and abuse here and certainly demand that Slick Willie disclose his libraray contributors which would be a real mess.

I'm guessing Richardson. I don't think Hillary or Kerry will want to give up their Senate seats.
