I hate KC and I hate Davies, I think he is over rated and a bad pitcher, BUT it seems like one of those nights when the Royals will win.

I just got home and I was looking at the late game and this one jumped out at me.

KC+138

looking at the other late games.

The total screams at you doesn't it? 6 is a tricky number, seems way too low to stay under and so the players want to play over but it's a n under for a good reason. Two decent pitchers in a pitchers ballpark and that is good enough.

Checked the weather and don't think it will matter as the winds are light throughout the ballpark.

I looked behind the plate and Lance Barksdale is 7-7 on the O/U this year which is plain but his average his 10 runs per game! Beware though because that number is skewed since he worked a 13-11 game when Boston played the Rockies. Since the under is 20-8-2 in the last 30 meetings. I like the under but the stronger play is on the side.

Astros (LISTED:Oswalt) +147

The Padres are hitting .215 against righties in the last ten games and have lost three out of the last four. The stros have won three out of the last four and actually hitting the ball much better. If this is a pitching duel the most recent numbers lean to the Astros in the bullpen.

I am on the Astros and with the Royals I am looking for a Two Dog Night.
