Do you any of the hockey experts out there know how the referees and linemen are selected for the All-Star Game? Or, to be more succinct, how in the bloody, blue hell did that embarrassment to all hockey officials known as Blaine Angus, aka Mr. Useless, get to officiate over the weekend.
