Watching online and it said Parra Homerun was under review then overturned into a double? Can someone explain this?

I have been to AZ stadium before and I couldn't figure it out how it showed a HR to Right Center and it was under review.

Wow 9-4 still 3rd inning. I guess the Giants dont know about the wild card race.
