How books grade OT shootouts?

Goals count towards totals?
Shootout winners graded as W's or Pushes....

I only play sides "without OT" - reg time only. If it goes to OT I get a push. If you bet"including" OT/Shootout you are betting who will win including it all. "Totals" bets include OT/Shootout but you only get the 1 winning goal - not all the shootout goals. Even the players themselves are not awarded personal stats (goals) for a shootout -including the game winner. They do get credit for scoring in overtime though.
