Just graduated from grad school and need insurance before I find a permanent job. May do some contract work for a while so I need something short-term. Anybody have experience with this and have any recommendations? Thanks

I'm assuming you're young?? I would get some sort of high deductible policy, I think maybe they're called "catastrophic"??? That way if you're in a car wreck or some kind of bad accident, you'll have coverage. GL on the job hunt.
I've been a Health insurance agent for 23 years and own my own agency. There are numerous good short term policies availabe on the market. Most are very affordable, depending on what you want. Get my email address from Jack and I'll help you out.
Without a formal quote I'm guessing between $50 to $90 a month depending on the deductible and co-insurance you pick.
