YTD 25-14-1

Prousek and Nabokov get the starts in nets tonight for the respective clubs. Sens are 13-2-3 in their last 18 and are the hottest club over that stretch. They are playing a complete team game. Confidence is high!

INJURIES: Fisher is still out with the flu.

OUTLOOK: Sens tend to play Western Conf. teams at home very well. With their 3rd game in 4 nights the over looks good to me. Both teams use their speed and this will no doubt be hard hitting affair. I am actually leaning to SJ. Sens have not done well when their 3rd game in 4 nights is at home.

Back later with a play as I will see some of the guys at lunch today and I want to get a better read on what the players are thinking as well as saying when we hook up later.

Thanks for the info, HORNS. I'd be very interested to hear what the players have to say. The OVER looks good to me, as well, especially at most places you can get it at +100 right now. But I'm not a very good totals player.:D

Gonna look at that western conference angle. Thanks for the tip.:thumb:

GOOD LUCK TODAY!!

Well, the Sens are 4-2-1 against Western Conf. teams this year. In previous years the Sens have played extremely well at home against the West. Many of the players today were saying how they want first in the East before Christmas. Confidence is really sky high. I was quite surprised to see Mike Fisher so he will be playing and is over the flu. John Ferguson is the Sharks head of player development and once had the same tag here in Ott. and drafted many of the guys who are now living up to expectations, something the guys mentioned at lunch. All in all, I am going to stay away from this one when playing the side. Still like this to be a high scoring affair.

Playing:

SJ/Ott. o5.5(-115)

GLTA!

outstanding call tonight-

2 things-

1. nice job so far on the year, you are definitely picking your spots.

2. The new coach angle hits again- look out for the Lanche when they get Sakic and Forsberg back, I think they make a run

The Sens look like the team to beat in the East as of now-
