Maple Leafs head coach Ron Wilson isn't thrilled that the NHL schedule makers having his team face the Dallas Stars tonight on a back-to-back, after flying home following a game in the deep south last night, which was the third game in a five-game road trip. The Stars, meanwhile, have had two full days off since playing in Ottawa on Saturday.
But Wilson said all they can do is make the best of it.
"Maybe we'll be in rythm though,"he said. "A lot of times you don't feel as fatigued when you're playing well. So that's all I can hope for. We seem to have a lot of energy right now.
All you do worry about is weather issues right now. What time are we going to get back (to Toronto Tuesday morning)? Is there going to be more snow? What time do you get in? Three? Two? One? Nobody knows until you actually go through it."
