SMU Coach June Jones to resign

He's been at odds with the administration and boosters for a couple years. Two straight waxings this season likely didn't help anything.

He's always sucked as a HC, he's supposed to be a QB coach guru, so how many of his former Hawaii QBs made the NFL? How many at SMU? The only reason he got the job at SMU is Jerry Jones and that's not much credibility if you ask me. Jones coached the Falcons in the NFL and he did what? He was a good QB at Portland State back in the D2 days because he could throw and the other teams couldn't defend his teams wide spread offense at the time, anyone remember Mouse Davis?

I hope he's gone!! He's a piece of work and deserves no other jobs!! ASU made a great hire in Graham!!

End of story! I'll be the first to congratulate the new SMU HC when that is announced after the season. Perhaps Lane Kiffin!!
