Update 1-6:scared

One big hit, HR by fat boy, former Halo, and the other fatboys leave runners in scoring position how many times and lose 1-zip? Tigers have been down this road before, remember when they got beat by St Louis in the WS? How about the Yankees when they got beat by the Marlins with Beckett?

Chalk can win, if you play less than -150.

If you want to win at baseball, you have to do it the long haul, and it's a crap shoot when you have managers that sit on their fucking thumbs and don't do anything but allow their hitters to go up swinging, hoping to hit a long one or get a base knock to drive in a runner from 3rd with less than 2 outs!!

Leyland, Mattingly, Matheny, Farrell, all 4 have done it all season fucking long and they will continue to do it all season fucking long and the only manager in MLB that is under 6 feet, Billy Martin, did it right and until these Managers get some cajones/cayones or however they say "balls" in spanish, chalk bettors and dog bettors are gonna take it in the shorts every year.

The best cover teams with Run Lines this year? Take a fucking guess?

STL and Pittsburgh and the teams that won the WS in 2012, 2011 and 2010 that had the best record winning by 2 or more runs? Giants, Cardinals and Giants, WOW that's 3 NL teams in a row!!

Later!!

:soapbox:

I guess everyone has their own way of betting.
I'm a numbers man -110 = 10% -150 = 50 %
When you look at those numbers in the real world . Would you borrow money at 10% or 50% to buy a House or Car? No . The Juice gets everyone in the long run.

My theory in baseball is can I beat the chalk .if so I will . If I cant beat the chalk , I have these options . Lay off the game , bet the run line or use the Chalk in a Parlay .

To each his own:0008

Just an fyi at -150 moneyline, you need to hit 60% to breakeven.

-110 = 10% juice
-120 = 20% juice
-130 = 30% juice
-140 = 40% juice
-150 = 50% juice
-160 = 60% juice
-170 = 70% juice
-180 = 80 % juice
-190= 90% juice
-200 = 100% juice

Now that you seen the odds in percentages , you now get a picture of why you will get buried fast playing the chalk . Even -110 is still 10% which is a lot
