Yea, that seems hard to understand. But I am watching the games on TV, and the Milw region has a woman color announcer and it is so hard to listen to. She seems to know her stuff, but it is so distracting. Just like the 11:00 am ESPN football game each Saturday.

Is it bad to want to listen to a man, whose voice and style you have likely heard before, announce your game? I don't think it is sexist, just a preference.

Luckily, the Badgers have one of my favorite announcers, Verne Lundquist. Love him on football too. I think he will be (if not already) considered at the same level as Keith Jackson, who was always great to listen to.

In related "local" news its the same old shit down here.


They start the 2nd day of the tourney with a decent Mich-OkSt. game at 12:15 EST, but the local CBS affiliate loves to show the fucking St.Paddys day parade in Savannah from 10 am til it finishes and I don't expect that to be one minute BEFORE ONE FUCKING THIRTY.


Meanwhile on TBS, TRU and TNT its Supernova, Jokers reruns and info-mercials. UGH>
