I've been watching and playing SOIGF
and on Friday had this nice hit...
Stock split 2 for 1 and so price went from Thurs close at 5.66 to 2.78...Opened at 3...which I bought and within 20 or so min I was out at 3.55
Nice........but a half hour later it was 4.40...oh well, I was very happy at 3.55....17% in 20 min
Well, bought back in the pm at 3.30 and sold again at 3.60 a short time later..Will look to continue. still only 20 m shares out and oil sand rights make it hot
Sold remaining AURC at .34...but will keep an eye open to enter in the .20s
Played DROOY well this week and its the only gold that I held over the weekend.....Sold in the AM and bought back at 1.70....This dog (I love it) has so underperformed along with GSS that I am using this pullback to accumulate..... It appears DROOY starting to catch fire. Will buy GSS at the opening.

Scottrade has me characterized as a pattern Day Trader now ????????? I've been trading a lot lately
10 or so per day....Anyone else into trading quickly for small hits??
I'm retired so I have the time and I like the action.
So far so good........making mistakes but correcting and learning as I go
I'm guessing that Precious metals will be great again either this week (after early shakeout last few days)...or next (after May options expire)
Big shakeout.....lets wiseguys accumulate lower and kills ALL those naked MAY option positions.
JMHO.......PMs have been outperforming the pm stocks lately and I'm looking for that to change soon. Metals obviously overbought for now...BUT ??
Right now...I like my new job and as long as it pays well.......I'll stick with it

6:30 AM and gold is down $23
Shakeout is strong and buying opportunity should result..
I'll be watching from the sidelines for now

I'll be taking a look at ZAP today..
Bought EDAP at 10 .. 2 days ago to play momentum and sold on a quick drop. DUMB....up $1.60ish yesterday. Oh well...they treat prostate cancer in a non invasive way with high frequency ultra sound waves........will look for an entry point again (up from 7s in last couple of weeks)...CMED...25 up from 20
same thing...both have been moving.
IG.........this is gambling and is high risk and I have fun at it....Investing (for me) however is not in the stock market or in sports betting.
I have not got the patience for all the technical analysis (tons) and the fundamental analysis (tons) although I used to... I just wanna hit and run maybe stick around if I like the concept.
