Tonight we have a matchup of arguabley the best team and arguably the worst team in basketball...the Spurs flat out know how to win on the road - winning 63% of their road games - several against top opponents, the Bobcats flat out know how to lose - and are winning only 38% of their home games...
There just are no expectations this season for the bobcats - however the Spurs fully expect to win the NBA Championship and that is why they don't take teams like the Bobcats lightly - they go out and try to destroy them...SA just does not let up - and i don't see them letting up tonight...
It's true if Duncan does not play they are losing their leading scorer and rebounder - however Okafor - clearly Charlotte's best player - is definitely out - and this affects Charlotte more by losing their best player than having no Duncan for the spurs - the spurs are so talented at every position - and even w/o duncan are capable of blowing out charlotte...
I'm taking the 1H here because i believe the first 24 minutes of the game the Spurs will try to build a big lead - and they will be at least 5 points better than Charlotte...
Lay your money on a team who gives it their all every night - if Duncan was 100% and for sure playing, you know the line would be quite higher - i think there is value in the 1H line at only -4.5...
