I deal with Will Hill because of ease of withdrawals and deposits. I need to send them photo documents using .jpeg. I want to use email. How do I do this? I am not very computer savvy.
I have dealt with them for a couple of years without incident. Now they are requesting further documents.
I found this out after trying to withdraw funds which I have done several times in the past.
A note came up saying to contact customer service.
The long and short of it is they are more than willing to accept deposits without further documentation but not allow withdrawals. Seems pretty hypocritical and heavy handed.
I digress but if someone could help with the .jpeg question I would appreciate it.
After I take a copy of my picture what do I do?

If sending someone an e-mail with a "Jpeg" file simply save your picture (your ID) to your desktop and then attach it to your e-mail when you send it.

Now are you asking how to save a photo of your ID to your computer? If so, just take a picture (using your phone for example) and save it to your desktop. Or if you have a scanner, use that.

Or have you saved a picture of your ID and it is not in JPEG format? If that is the case don't worry about it. I am 90 percent sure you'll be fine no matter what format the file is in.

Again, not 100 percent sure what you were asking but hope that helps.

Now if you are asking how to convert your picture (ID) to a JPEG format I won't get into that, as I said earlier, don't worry about it, William Hill should be able to read it no matter what format it is in (Png, tiff, JPG, GIF, whatever).
