Filed this year's taxes online, got a nice refund coming. Called the IRS to find status on my refund, and they tell me they havent gotten my 2001 taxes yet. I was a little dumbfounded, but went back thru my records and never did see the check I wrote them clear, bad on my end I guess, but assumed it made it in and didnt.
Well, I got my W2's for 2001, got the form, just dont know how to fill it out--anyone mind helping me?

I was single, my parents claimed me, and had two jobs that year.
job 1-
wages- $645
tx withheld- $50
Fica tx whld- $40
fica wage- $645
medicare wh- $9
medicare wge- $645
j0b 2-
wages- $19553.00
tx withheld- $1621.00
Fica tx whld- $1212.00
fica wage- $19553.00
medicare wh- $283.00
medicare wge- $19553.00
IRS also sent me this, but I never saw any of this money or even knew about this since my dad was the custody holder-
Item description- Cash proceeds Stock&Bond- $3,946
same thing on next page-stock&bond- $163
Next page they sent was about me being a full time student.
Next page was about a stock divedent of $32
can someone help me out? H&R block wants $250 and I dont really think its that hard to fill out, its just that I dont know what to put in each line since I have to fill out that form. thanks
