The total line in this one opened at 192 and now resides at about 193.

-Looking at Seattle's last 7 games...they've scored in the 100's in all but that "pathetic" 77 pt effort on Friday against Philly. The Sonics appeared to have quit in that game.....for whatever reason.

-The Griz on the other hand....broke out of their 2 game scoring funk on Friday with 109 in a losing effort to Atlanta. Considering the type of defense the Hawks are playing an asterick must be placed beside that 109.

On the Season:

-Memphis averages right at 90 pts/gm

-Seattle averages about 98 pts/gm

I really question the state of mind with these Sonics. Therefore, I like the under 193 when the Sonics and Griz tip this one off this afternoon.

43-27 YTD...4-3 LN ez

Here's another one to consider:

-When teams play the Heat it seems like things gets real ugly offensively.

-If you look back at the last 9 Miami games dating back to Nov. 15......ALL of them went under today's total muber of 179.

-So, why should Golden State be any different?

GS averages 94.7 pts/gm

Miami averages 83.3 pts/gm

Just about any way you want to slice this one....it points to an under 179.

Two plays for the price of one here-->under 92 1H and under 179 game. GLTA ez

ez, im not a totals player, in fact ive played only 4 all year, my guess is they figure that gs is on 4 in 5 nights and already doesnt play d so theyll allow miami to score and lots of possesions for both sides.

Yeah...I can see that reasoning but the Heat aren't exactly the Harlem Globe Trotters either.

Sexlexia...
It's more of a play with GS for me.
They have averages nearly 98 in their last 8 away games. (Admittedly not against great D's)
Miami h\scored 89 at both Indi and Boston, both of whom have much better defense than GS.
I figured it would be a fairly close game, with both teams topping 90.

(And as I have a quick look now, GS have stopped to a walk!)
