This line stinks to me. SD lost 4 of 5 starters last year from a 10-18 team and haven't played a game yet, vs Southern who has played two games already and lost both to Iowa St in a blow out but was competitive against Nebraska, after getting down 9-0 they only lost by 11.
I am going to go opposite my gut which says Southern, and go with SD as Vegas must know something about the new starters for SD to make them a favorite.
